'Request for Change' button

We've introduced a ’request for change’ button in the provider portal for you to notify us of any of the following:

  • change in site address
  • change in the services you are delivering
  • change in OSCAR enrolments if you are an OSCAR provider

New complaints form

We've created a new complaints form on our website so you can submit your complaint directly to us.

New method to submit evidence for required actions

You can now submit information relating to your required actions via the 'my actions' tab in the provider portal. You can submit this information anytime before your next assessment is due, and we’ll review it before the onsite visit.
